Samsung Galaxy A20 32 GB Unlocked

The Samsung Galaxy A20 is an unlocked smartphone with 32 GB of internal storage and a 6.4 inch display. It runs on a Samsung Exynos 7904 processor clocked at 1.8 gigahertz with 3 GB of RAM. The rear camera captures 13 megapixel images while the front camera offers 8 megapixels. It charges via a USB Type C interface.

Ideal for single-SIM GSM users avoiding carrier

This phone suits buyers who want an unlocked device compatible with GSM networks such as AT&T and T-Mobile for straightforward activation. It is not for users who require CDMA network support or dual-SIM capability. Buyers needing more than 32 GB of built-in storage or higher-resolution cameras should consider other models. The unit ships without headphones or a SIM card.

32 GB fixed storage decides suitability

The 32 GB capacity is the key specification determining if this handset meets your needs. With no memory card slot mentioned in the data, all apps, photos and system files must fit within this space. Users who store large media libraries or many applications will find the limit restrictive. Light users relying on cloud services will find it adequate.

Questions about this item

What SIM card size fits the Galaxy A20 tray?

The phone uses a nano-SIM slot; the unit ships without a SIM card so you will need to obtain one from your carrier.

Which step is often missed when activating this unlocked phone on AT&T or T-Mobile?

Insert the nano-SIM, power on, then check for an APN update prompt; skipping the APN acceptance leaves data and MMS inactive.

What wear item will need attention after extended daily charging?

The USB Type C port and the included aftermarket cable are the parts most likely to wear; replace the cable if charging becomes intermittent.
