Mobile office with S Pen

The Galaxy Note 20 is a 5G unlocked smartphone built around a Bluetooth S Pen with 26ms latency. It targets professionals and creators who need handwriting input, Samsung DeX desktop mode and a single device for work and play.

Step up from basic stylus phones

This model replaces devices that lack an integrated pen or DeX support. The jump is worth it when you regularly annotate documents, sketch on screen or need a desktop-like experience from a phone.

128GB storage and 6.7 inch display

The 128GB capacity holds apps, media and offline files for typical professional workflows. The 6.7 inch Super AMOLED Plus screen handles split-view multitasking comfortably; heavy local video libraries or large game collections will fill the fixed storage.

Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions and weight for a case or mount?

The phone measures 161.6 x 75.2 x 8.3 mm and weighs 192 g, so any case or mount must accommodate those figures.

How do I insert the nano-SIM or activate the eSIM, and what step do people miss?

Use the ejector tool to open the single SIM tray, place the nano-SIM with contacts down, then reinsert; the missed step is completing the carrier eSIM activation in Settings before removing the physical SIM.

When will the sealed 4300mAh battery need replacement?

The battery is not user-replaceable; when runtime drops noticeably, arrange an authorised service repair rather than attempting self-replacement.
