Product identity and audience

Suitable users and limitations

This phone suits people who rely on the included S Pen for notes or sketching and who need 5G connectivity on an open network. Buyers who want more storage or a newer Android release out of the box should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

What type of SIM card does the Galaxy Note 20 5G require for mobile service?

The phone uses a Nano SIM card for its secondary slot, so your carrier must provide a Nano SIM to activate 5G or 4G service.

Will my existing USB-A charging cables work with this handset?

The device charges via USB-C, so legacy USB-A cables need a USB-C adapter or a new USB-C cable to connect.

How can I confirm the 64 MP rear camera is capturing full-resolution images?

Open the camera settings and verify the picture size is set to 64 MP, then take a test photo and check its file size or resolution details in the gallery.
