Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G N986U AT&T 128GB

This Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G N986U is a 128GB Mystic Black smartphone locked to AT&T prepaid service. It runs Android 12 with Samsung One UI on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ SM8250-AB processor paired with 12GB of RAM. The 6.9 inch Dynamic AMOLED display delivers a 3088 x 1440 resolution protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.

Upgrade from older Note or Galaxy S series models

Moving up from an earlier Note or Galaxy S device brings the Snapdragon 865+ chipset, 12GB RAM, and the 108MP triple-camera system. The jump is worth it when you need the integrated S Pen for productivity, 5G connectivity on AT&T, and the tougher Gorilla Glass Victus protection on a large 6.9 inch HDR screen.

Suits AT&T prepaid users wanting a flagship Note

This phone fits buyers who want a no-contract AT&T device with stylus support, a high-resolution display, and a versatile 108MP camera setup. Shoppers needing more than 128GB of built-in storage, those requiring an unlocked model for other carriers, or anyone wanting the original retail box and accessories should consider other options.

Questions about this item

Will the 6.9-inch display and curved edges fit standard phone mounts and cases?

The 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with curved edges requires cases and mounts specifically sized for the Note 20 Ultra; generic large-phone holders may not align with the camera bump or S Pen slot.

What is the correct way to insert the S Pen so it clicks into the silo?

Slide the S Pen in tip-first until you feel a magnetic click; inserting it backwards or without the click can damage the ejection spring and Bluetooth pairing.

How often should the USB-C port be cleaned to keep 25 W charging reliable?

Inspect the USB-C port monthly for lint; use a wooden toothpick or compressed air — metal tools can short the pins and stop fast charging.
