S22 Ultra 128GB unlocked phone

The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G arrives new and factory unlocked with 128 GB of storage and 8 GB of RAM. It runs Android 14 on an octa-core processor and supports GSM, CDMA, HSPA, EVDO, LTE and 5G bands. A single SIM slot keeps the plan simple for travellers or anyone switching carriers.

Sustained performance with 5000 mAh battery

The 5000 mAh battery backs extended sessions of 8K video recording, gaming or navigation without an early recharge. Fast charging restores capacity quickly when a break is possible. The AMOLED display stays readable outdoors while the vapour chamber keeps the octa-core chip from throttling during long workloads.

Straightforward setup with ultrasonic fingerprint

Insert a nano-SIM, power on and follow the Android 14 prompts — no carrier bloat to remove because the unit is factory unlocked. The ultrasonic in-display fingerprint reader works reliably with dry or slightly damp fingers. The only common snag is forgetting to disable the old device's Find My Phone before swapping the SIM.
