Galaxy S23 Ultra 256GB unlocked

The Galaxy S23 Ultra is a flagship Android smartphone with 256GB of internal storage and 8GB of RAM. It targets mobile photographers, business professionals and Android enthusiasts who want a high-end device without carrier restrictions. The embedded S Pen adds precise input for note-taking and creative work. This unit is sold new but graded C, so the body may show dents, cracks, chips or scuffs and the screen may have scratches or dark spots.

Capacity and headroom

The 256GB capacity holds a large photo and video library, offline maps and heavy apps without needing cloud offload. 8GB of RAM keeps multiple demanding apps resident for fast switching. Storage is not expandable, so users who record extensive 8K video or keep massive local media collections will eventually run out of space. The dual SIM tray supports one nano-SIM and an eSIM for two active lines.

Thermals, noise and power

The 5000mAh battery supports 45W fast charging for quick top-ups during the day. The Dynamic AMOLED 2X display reaches 1200 nits in high-brightness mode and 1750 nits peak for outdoor visibility. The aluminium frame and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on front and back dissipate heat during sustained loads. There are no moving parts, so operation is completely silent.

Questions about this item

Will the 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display still work with my existing tempered-glass screen protector?

The 6.8-inch panel measures 163.4 x 78.1 mm with curved edges, so a flat protector sized for a 6.8-inch phone will leave gaps; use a case-friendly or full-adhesive curved protector instead.

How can I verify the 120 Hz refresh rate is actually active after setup?

Open Settings > Display > Motion smoothness and select Adaptive; then enable Show refresh rate in Developer options to see a live 120 Hz overlay on screen.

Does the box include the S Pen or do I need to buy it separately?

The S Pen is built into the phone’s silo, so it ships inside the device; the retail box also contains a USB-C cable and ejection pin, but no charger.
