Galaxy S23 Ultra 256GB Unlocked

This unlocked Galaxy S23 Ultra comes with 256GB of storage and 8GB of RAM in a Green finish. It features a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 1750 nits. The device includes an integrated S Pen stylus with Bluetooth support for remote control functions. It is sold as a Grade B unit showing cosmetic wear such as dents or screen scuffs.

Compatibility checks before ordering

Verify that your carrier supports the phone's 5G bands and single Nano-SIM or eSIM configuration. Ensure your existing apps and data transfer methods are compatible with Android 13, which is upgradable on this model. Check that your current charger delivers up to 45W via USB-C for the advertised fast charging speed. Confirm you accept a device with visible body dents, chips, or hairline screen scratches as described for Grade B condition.

Upgrade context and value

This model replaces earlier Galaxy Ultra handsets by adding a 200MP wide camera sensor alongside 10MP 3x and 10x telephoto lenses. The jump is worthwhile for users who need the embedded S Pen for note-taking or remote shutter control. Buyers who want a pristine, unblemished chassis should look elsewhere, as this Grade B unit shows cosmetic imperfections. Those requiring dual physical SIM slots will not find that capability on this single-SIM variant.
