Galaxy S23 Ultra 256GB unlocked

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is a factory-unlocked Android 13 smartphone with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It features a 6.8-inch display and a 200MP camera system designed for high-resolution capture. The integrated S Pen supports on-screen writing and remote camera control. This unit ships new in a Lavender finish.

Who this suits and who it does not

Buyers who want a flagship camera with 200MP resolution and a built-in stylus will find the core features covered. Shoppers needing more than 256GB of onboard storage or 12GB of RAM should consider the higher-capacity configuration. The single-SIM unlocked variant may not suit users who require dual-SIM standby or carrier-locked financing plans.

200MP camera and S Pen decide fit

The defining specification is the 200MP rear sensor paired with the siloed S Pen. Together they enable detailed cropping, low-light photography and direct stylus input without a separate accessory. If your workflow relies on maximum optical detail or pen-based annotation, this model matches that requirement.

Questions about this item

Will my existing USB-C chargers and cables work with the Galaxy S23 Ultra 256GB?

The phone uses USB-C for charging and data, so your current USB-C cables and chargers will connect. For the fastest charging speed, use a charger that supports USB Power Delivery with PPS.

How can I verify the 200MP camera and 120Hz display are performing correctly after setup?

Open the Camera app, select the 200MP mode in settings, and take a test photo; zoom in to confirm fine detail. Then go to Settings > Display > Motion smoothness and ensure Adaptive 120Hz is selected; scrolling should feel fluid.

What accessories are included in the box with the Lavender S23 Ultra, and what must I buy separately?

The box contains the handset with the S Pen already slotted inside, a USB-C data cable, and the SIM ejection tool. A USB-C power adapter, wireless charging pad, and protective case are not included.
