Unlocked 512 GB flagship phone

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is an unlocked 5G smartphone with 512 GB storage and 8 GB RAM in Lavender. It ships new and carries a Grade B cosmetic rating, meaning the body may show dents, chips or scuffs and the screen may have hairline scratches. The handset targets mobile photographers, business professionals and Android enthusiasts who want a premium camera system and built-in stylus.

Check SIM and cosmetic expectations

Verify that your carrier supports a single Nano-SIM or eSIM profile on an unlocked device before purchase. Confirm you accept Grade B condition: the aluminum frame and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 surfaces can have visible marks while the phone remains fully functional. No charger is mentioned in the supplied data, so plan for your own USB-C power adapter.

Thermals noise and power draw

The 5000 mAh battery supports 45 W fast charging and drives a 6.8 inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel rated at 1200 nits high-brightness mode and 1750 nits peak. The 120 Hz refresh rate and Snapdragon processor scale performance to workload, so sustained camera use or gaming will raise surface temperature and battery drain. No active cooling fan exists, so heat dissipates passively through the glass and aluminum chassis.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and do I need to buy a charger separately?

The handset ships with a USB-C cable and the integrated S Pen stylus. A 45 W power adapter is not included and must be purchased separately.

Should I choose the 512 GB model or a smaller capacity?

The 512 GB version doubles the base 256 GB option, giving ample room for 200 MP photos, 8 K video and large app libraries without needing cloud offload.

What does the 1750 nits peak brightness mean in daily use?

It allows the 6.8 inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel to stay readable in direct sunlight, hitting that level briefly for HDR highlights before settling at 1200 nits high-brightness mode.
