Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 512GB unlocked

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra ships new and factory unlocked with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. It runs Android 13 on a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor and uses a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display. The phone supports dual SIM operation with two nano-SIM slots or one nano-SIM plus an eSIM.

5G connectivity and sealed storage limits

The handset connects to GSM, CDMA, HSPA, EVDO, LTE and 5G networks but has no memory card slot, so the 512GB capacity cannot be expanded. The IP68 rating protects against dust and water immersion up to 1.5 metres for 30 minutes. The 5000mAh battery is not user-replaceable and the display peaks at 1750 nits brightness.

Simple setup with sealed construction

Insert the nano-SIM cards or activate the eSIM profile and the device is ready for use. The glass front and back are both Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and the frame is aluminium, so a protective case is advisable to avoid cracks. The integrated S Pen slides into its silo but the sealed body prevents any internal repairs or battery swaps by the owner.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 12 GB RAM and 512 GB storage version or the 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage version?

The 12 GB RAM and 512 GB storage model handles heavier multitasking and stores more apps, photos and 8K video without relying on cloud offload.

What does the 200 MP camera resolution actually deliver in everyday shooting?

It captures extremely detailed 200 MP stills and supports 8K video at 30 fps, while pixel-binning improves low-light clarity and dynamic range.

How does the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset perform with the 120 Hz Dynamic AMOLED 2X display?

The Adreno 740 GPU drives the 120 Hz panel smoothly for gaming and scrolling, and the 4 nm chipset sustains high frame rates without thermal throttling.
