Unlocked flagship for everyday power users

The Samsung Galaxy S24+ arrives new and fully unlocked with 256 GB of storage in Amber Yellow. It is built for buyers who want a single-SIM Android handset with a large 6.7-inch Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X panel and a 4900 mAh battery that supports 45 W wired and 15 W wireless charging. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy chipset drives the AI features and the 120 Hz adaptive refresh rate.

Practical limits of the display and charging

Peak brightness reaches 2600 nits for outdoor visibility, while the 1-120 Hz adaptive refresh rate scales down to save power. The QHD+ resolution of 3120 x 1440 covers a 110.9 cm² area with a 92.2 % screen-to-body ratio. Wired charging tops out at 45 W and wireless at 15 W, so users relying on slower chargers will see longer fill times.

What this replaces and when the jump matters

The handset upgrades from phones with smaller batteries, lower peak brightness or fixed 60 Hz screens. The triple camera adds a 50 MP main sensor, a 12 MP ultra-wide and a 10 MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom for more versatile shooting. Buyers who need dual physical SIM slots or a microSD card slot should look elsewhere.
