Galaxy S24+ 256GB Cobalt Violet

This unlocked smartphone offers 256GB of storage in a Cobalt Violet finish. It is sold new but graded Acceptable Grade C, meaning the body may show dents, cracks, chips or scuffs and the screen may have scratches or dark spots. The device suits buyers who prioritise function over cosmetic perfection. It is not for buyers who want a flawless appearance out of the box.

Thermals noise and power in daily use

The 6.7 inch Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X display reaches 2600 nits peak brightness and runs at up to 120Hz adaptive refresh. The 4900mAh battery supports 45W wired and 15W wireless charging for everyday top-ups. The aluminium frame with Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on both sides adds structural rigidity without active cooling. Normal tasks run silently because there are no moving parts.

Behaviour under sustained load

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy chipset drives AI features and heavy workloads such as extended gaming or 50MP triple-camera processing. Under continuous demand the glass-and-metal chassis dissipates heat passively, so performance may throttle after prolonged periods. The 120Hz display and 4900mAh cell maintain output until thermal limits are reached. Buyers needing uninterrupted peak throughput for hours should note the lack of active cooling.
