Galaxy S25 128GB unlocked phone

The Samsung Galaxy S25 ships with 128GB of internal storage and a fully unlocked SIM tray that accepts Nano-SIM and eSIM combinations. Its 6.2-inch Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X panel runs at 120Hz and reaches 2600 nits peak brightness for outdoor visibility. The handset measures 146.9 x 70.5 x 7.2 mm and weighs 162 g, making it a compact option for daily carry. Buyers who need more than 128GB of onboard storage should consider other capacities.

Sustained performance with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor paired with 12GB of RAM maintains smooth frame rates during extended gaming or multitasking sessions rather than throttling after a short burst. Android 15 with One UI 7 keeps background tasks managed so the 120Hz display stays responsive under load. The 4000mAh battery supports super fast charging to replenish energy quickly between heavy-use periods. Users who require desktop-class compute for prolonged rendering workloads will find a phone-class SoC limiting.

Thermals noise and power in normal use

Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on both sides and an aluminum frame dissipate heat across the chassis, keeping surface temperatures comfortable during typical browsing, video playback and 5G connectivity. The IP68 rating ensures dust and water resistance without adding active cooling noise. Power draw stays modest thanks to the LTPO panel dropping refresh rates when content is static, extending the 4000mAh cell through a full day. Buyers expecting silent operation under maximum sustained GPU load should note that passive cooling has physical limits.
