Flagship display and performance

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra in Blue ships new and unlocked with a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel at 1440 x 3120 resolution and 326 ppi. Adaptive refresh reaches 120 Hz with peak brightness around 2600 nits for outdoor clarity. The Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip pairs with 12 GB RAM and up to 1 TB UFS 4.0 storage for heavy multitasking and AI workloads.

Camera flexibility and battery limits

A quad-camera array covers ultrawide through 5× optical zoom via a 200 MP main sensor, 50 MP ultrawide, 50 MP periscope telephoto and 10 MP 3× telephoto. The 5000 mAh cell supports 45 W wired charging, Qi2 wireless and reverse wireless charging. Buyers who need more than 1 TB onboard storage or dual physical SIM slots should look elsewhere.

Upgrade path from older flagships

The handset replaces earlier Galaxy Ultra models with a titanium frame, Gorilla Armor 2 glass, IP68 rating and ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor. Connectivity adds WiFi 7 and UWB alongside 5G. The jump is worth it for users who want seven promised OS updates, an integrated S Pen and a single Nano SIM form factor with modern charging standards.
