Compact foldable for everyday carry

The Galaxy Z Flip4 folds to 84.9 x 71.9 x 15.9-17.1 mm and weighs 187 g, so it fits small pockets and bags. Its 6.7 inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display opens to 165.2 x 71.9 x 6.9 mm with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 1200 nits peak brightness. The 256 GB storage capacity suits users who keep apps, photos and videos on the device. This unlocked unit works with any compatible carrier.

Passive cooling and efficient daily use

The aluminium frame and Gorilla Glass Victus+ back dissipate heat without fans, keeping the phone silent during typical tasks. The 120 Hz panel and foldable design draw modest power, allowing all-day use on a single charge for normal messaging, browsing and media playback. No active cooling noise is present in any scenario.

Armor aluminium hinge and dual-SIM flexibility

The advertised Armor aluminum frame resists drops and scratches while the hinge tolerates repeated folding. A plastic inner screen layer protects the foldable panel when closed. Nano-SIM and eSIM support lets owners run two numbers without a physical second slot. The Bora Purple glass back resists fingerprints and minor scuffs. Not for buyers who need a microSD card slot or a traditional candy-bar form factor.

Questions about this item

How do I insert the Nano-SIM and activate the eSIM on the Galaxy Z Flip4, and which step do people often miss?

Insert the Nano-SIM into the tray using the eject tool, then add the eSIM profile through Settings > Connections > SIM manager; the step most people miss is scanning the carrier QR code before the physical SIM is recognised.

What maintenance will the foldable Dynamic AMOLED 2X display and hinge need over time?

Keep the 6.7 inch screen free of dust and avoid pressing hard on the crease; the hinge is sealed but benefits from occasional gentle cleaning with a soft brush to prevent debris buildup.

At what point does the 120 Hz refresh rate drop during sustained heavy use?

The 120 Hz panel can scale down automatically when the device reaches thermal limits during prolonged gaming or video recording to protect the 187 g chassis and battery.
