The NQ4 AI Gen2 Processor drives 4K AI Upscaling, Color Booster Pro, OLED HDR, Real Depth Enhancer and Anti Reflection to boost brightness, contrast and colour volume. Adaptive Sound Pro and Active Voice Amplifier Pro adjust audio to room conditions while Object Tracking Sound Lite with Dolby Atmos creates a 360 Audio soundstage.

Questions about this item

Will the TV's 120Hz refresh rate and four HDMI inputs work with my older 1080p gaming console and Blu-ray player?

Yes, the 120Hz panel and four HDMI ports are backward compatible with 1080p sources, so your existing console and Blu-ray player will connect and display correctly.

How can I confirm the NQ4 AI Gen2 Processor is actively upscaling content to 4K after I set it up?

Play a non-4K source and open the on-screen picture settings; the AI Upscaling indicator will show when the processor is enhancing the signal to 3840 x 2160 resolution.

Does the box include the Austere 4-outlet surge protector and the SolarCell remote, or do I buy them separately?

The bundle ships with both the Austere 5S-PS4-US1 4-outlet power unit and the BT SolarCell Remote included; no separate purchase is needed for either.
