65-inch OLED Smart TV 2025

The Samsung S90FA is a 65-inch 4K OLED Smart TV built for viewers who want self-emissive contrast and AI-enhanced upscaling in a living-room centrepiece. Its NQ4 AI Gen3 processor uses 128 neural networks to refine streaming, gaming and live sports content. The panel delivers a native 120Hz refresh rate with Motion Xcelerator support up to 144Hz for fluid motion.

Setup checks before ordering

Verify that your AV furniture or wall mount accommodates a 65-inch class screen and supports the VESA pattern required by this model. Ensure your internet router provides Wi-Fi 5 or a wired Ethernet connection for the Tizen smart platform. Confirm that source devices such as consoles or media players can output 4K at 120Hz over HDMI to use the full refresh capability.

Upgrade context

This set replaces older LED or entry-level OLED models that lack 120Hz gaming support, AI-driven 4K upscaling from 128 neural networks, or HDMI bandwidth certified for 4K 120Hz and 8K 60Hz signals. The jump is worthwhile when your current TV cannot match the per-pixel contrast of OLED HDR+ or the motion clarity of Motion Xcelerator 144Hz.

Questions about this item

Does the bundle include the TV and an HDMI cable, or must I buy the cable separately?

The bundle contains the 65 inch 4K OLED Smart TV and one WireLogic Ruby 8ft Ultra High Speed HDMI cable, so no separate cable purchase is needed.

The specs list both 120 Hz and 144 Hz — which refresh rate should I expect when gaming?

The panel runs at 120 Hz native, and Motion Xcelerator can boost motion clarity up to 144 Hz for compatible gaming sources.

What does the 128 neural-network processor actually do for everyday 4K streaming?

The NQ4 AI Gen3 processor uses 128 neural networks to upscale non-4K content to 3840 x 2160 and optimises brightness, contrast and sound in real time.
