83-inch OLED Smart TV

The Samsung S95FA is an 83-inch OLED smart television built for viewers who want a large, self-emissive panel with 4K resolution and a 120Hz native refresh rate. It suits home-cinema enthusiasts and gamers seeking deep blacks and wide viewing angles in a Graphite Black finish. It is not for buyers who need a smaller screen or a non-OLED technology.

NQ4 AI Gen3 Processor with 128 neural networks

The NQ4 AI Gen3 processor drives picture quality by using 128 neural networks for AI-enhanced upscaling, HDR remastering and sound optimisation. This single specification determines whether the TV can deliver the claimed 4K experience for streaming, gaming and live sports. If your source material is already pristine 4K the uplift will be less noticeable.

One Connect box and VESA mount simplify installation

The set ships with a separate One Connect box so only a single thin cable runs to the panel, making wall mounting straightforward on any VESA-compatible bracket. The 83-inch size demands two people and a sturdy wall; the most common issue is underestimating the panel's footprint and forgetting to route the fibre cable before securing the bracket.

Questions about this item

What does the 120 Hz refresh rate mean for motion on this 83" OLED panel?

The native 120 Hz panel refreshes each frame every 8.3 ms, so fast sports and gaming motion stay sharp without the judder common on 60 Hz sets.

How does HDMI on this TV limit 4K 120 Hz sources?

Four HDMI inputs accept 4K at 120 Hz, so consoles and PCs can drive the full 3840 x 2160 resolution at the panel's maximum refresh rate.

What VESA pattern and weight should I plan for when wall-mounting the 83" S95FA?

The set uses a standard VESA mount; check the manual for the exact hole spacing and ensure your bracket supports the screen's weight.
