Tracks health, sleep and fitness with Galaxy AI on a 1.3 inch Super AMOLED display, up to 40 hours battery life
Size 40 mm
Color Green
The Samsung Galaxy Watch7 is a 40mm smartwatch running Wear OS powered by Samsung. It pairs with Android phones and includes a small to medium green sport band. Built-in sensors track heart rate, sleep and body composition. The 1.3 inch Super AMOLED display shows 16M colours at 432 x 432 resolution.
Moving up from a simple fitness band adds on-wrist notifications, contactless payments via NFC and music storage on 32GB internal memory with 21.1GB available. The jump is worth it when you want standalone GPS tracking using GPS, Glonass, Beidou and Galileo without carrying a phone. Bluetooth v5.3 and dual-band Wi-Fi keep data in sync.
The 300mAh battery delivers up to 40 hours with the always-on display off and up to 30 hours with it on. The 2GB RAM and 32GB storage handle apps, offline playlists and workout logs comfortably. Heavy GPS use or continuous health monitoring will reduce the stated runtime. Users needing multi-day power without daily charging should note the limit.

The case measures 40.4 mm wide and 9.7 mm thick with a 1.3 inch display, and the box includes a Small/Medium sport band designed for typical wrist sizes.
Install the Samsung Health app on the Android phone, turn on Bluetooth, then follow the in-app pairing wizard; skipping the app install leaves the watch unpaired.
The sealed 300 mAh battery cannot be user-replaced; when capacity fades the watch must be sent to an authorised service centre for a battery swap.
