A dual-band antenna with 8 dBi gain, 1 Gbps wireless rate and magnetic base for motherboards using RP SMA connectors
This dual-band WiFi 6e antenna connects to RP SMA ports on listed GIGABYTE and ASUS motherboards. It supports 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies with 8 dBi gain. The 1 metre cable allows flexible placement for desktop PCs. Builders using supported Intel AX200, AX210 or 9260AC cards can attach it directly.
The magnetic base secures to steel chassis panels without tools. Users can fold the antenna and adjust its angle to optimise reception. No active cooling or power draw is involved, so the accessory adds no noise or thermal load to the system. The passive design keeps operation completely silent.
The 1 metre RP SMA cable functions as a tri-band extension for 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz signals. Compatibility extends to Intel 3165, 7265, 8260, 8265, 9260 and 9560 wireless cards. Bluetooth functionality is maintained through the same connection. No additional software or drivers are required beyond the wireless card itself.

| Product type | Dual-band Wi-Fi antenna for specific GIGABYTE and other motherboards with 8dbi gain, 1 Gbit/s wireless data rate, 4 Gbit/s maximum LAN supporting 2.4 GHz 5 GHz frequencies, RP SMA Male connector, 1-meter cable length |

The magnetic base clamps to any steel panel on the chassis. Screw the RP-SMA male connector onto the motherboard or card until finger-tight, then fold or swivel the whip until the signal meter peaks; over-tightening with tools can strip the centre pin.
The magnet is permanent and the 1 m cable is fixed; only the RP-SMA threads wear if repeatedly unscrewed. Inspect the centre pin for bending after each removal and replace the whole antenna if the cable sheath cracks or the gain drops noticeably.
The antenna supports a 1 Gbps maximum wireless data rate and a 4 Gbps LAN ceiling; sustained heavy traffic will saturate the 1 Gbps Wi-Fi link before the 4 Gbps wired backplane becomes a factor.
