Questions about this item

How do I mount the T8000TBK dispenser and what step is often missed?

Mount the unit to the wall using the supplied hardware, then load a roll towel and close the cover. The step people skip is confirming the sensor window is clean and unobstructed before first use.

What consumable or part will need replacement during the life of this dispenser?

The unit runs on standard batteries that deliver the longest battery life in the industry; replace them when dispensing slows. The only other recurring item is the 10" roll towels it dispenses.

What limit appears first when the dispenser runs continuously in a busy washroom?

High-traffic use drains the batteries before any mechanical part wears out; the sensor-driven motor will stop dispensing once voltage drops too low.
