Capacity and interface

The SanDisk Extreme PRO SDCZ820 is a 2TB USB flash drive with a standard USB-A connector. It targets professionals who need portable, high-capacity storage for large media files and rapid backups across compatible devices.

Build quality and daily use

A premium metal casing protects the internal components while a keyring hole allows secure attachment to a bag or briefcase. The USB-A plug connects directly to most computers and hubs without an adapter, supporting USB 3.2 Gen 2 for fast daily transfers.

Compatibility check

Verify that your host device provides a USB-A port capable of USB 3.2 Gen 2 speeds to reach the quoted 1000MB/s read and 900MB/s write rates. Older USB 2.0 ports will operate at significantly lower throughput.
