Questions about this item

How do I install a refill in the Sanford 69094PP rollerball gel pen and what step do people often miss?

Unscrew the barrel, pull out the empty refill, insert the new one until it clicks, then reassemble; the step many miss is ensuring the refill seats fully so the tip extends correctly for the .8 mm line.

What maintenance or replacement will the Sanford 69094PP pens need over time?

They are refillable, so you only replace the ink cartridge when it runs dry; the barrel and tip are designed to last through multiple refills with no other upkeep required.
