Double-Sided Nano-Gel Tape Roll

This 9.84 ft roll of transparent acrylic gel tape provides reusable mounting for DIY projects, gallery walls, rugs and seasonal décor. The 1.18 in wide strip is cut to any length so one piece secures large mats or multiple frames without visible hardware. It suits renters and homeowners who need strong, removable adhesion on smooth indoor or outdoor surfaces.

Surface Compatibility Check

The tape bonds to clean, dry, smooth surfaces such as glass, tile, finished hardwood, metal and plastic. Unstable painted walls, rough or powdered walls, damp areas and uneven textures are explicitly not recommended because the strong adhesive can lift paint or fail to hold. Prepare each surface by removing dust and moisture before application.

Sustained Load Behaviour

Rated to hold up to 18 lbs on smooth surfaces, the UV-stable formula maintains grip through temperature changes and weather exposure. Under continuous load the nano-gel adhesive resists creep; if removal is needed, gentle heat from a hair dryer softens the bond so the tape peels cleanly and can be rinsed, air-dried and reused without residue.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and do I need any extra tools or adhesive?

The package contains one 9.84 ft roll of 1.18 in wide clear nano-gel tape weighing 12 oz. No additional tools or separate adhesive are required; just clean the surface, cut the length you need, peel the liner and press for 20 seconds.

Which length or width option should I choose for my project?

This listing offers a single 9.84 ft roll at 1.18 in width and 0.08 in thickness. Choose this size when you need a long continuous strip that can be cut to any length for rugs, frames, posters or outdoor décor.

What does the 18 lb hold rating mean when I actually mount something?

On a smooth, clean surface the tape can support up to 18 lbs total. For heavier items use multiple vertical strips and press each firmly for 20 seconds; the bond is reusable after rinsing and air-drying.
