Questions about this item

Does the built-in calculator draw noticeable power or generate heat during all-day use?

The calculator runs on solar and battery power with an LCD screen, so it consumes negligible energy and produces no perceptible heat during continuous operation.

What paper size must I already have for the clipboard and storage compartment to work as intended?

The unit is designed for 8 1/2 x 12 inch paper, matching the clipboard’s 10 inch width and the internal compartment dimensions.

Will the low-profile clip with rubber grip pads hold securely on the older metal desks I still use?

Yes, the integrated rubber grip pads on the low-profile clip provide a non-slip hold on smooth surfaces including traditional metal desk edges.
