Hardboard Clipboard for Letter Documents

The Saunders Manufacturing 5612 is a brown hardboard clipboard sized for letter-format paperwork. Its rigid panel provides a firm writing surface for staff in offices, schools or field roles who need a portable desk.

Spring Clip and Hanging Hole

A standard spring-action clip holds sheets securely during transport or while writing. The built-in hanging hole allows the board to be stored on a hook, keeping workspaces clear without extra hardware.

Recycled Content Construction

The panel is manufactured from a high percentage of recycled and recovered material, reducing waste in procurement. Sold as a single unit, it suits buyers who need one clipboard rather than a bulk pack.

Questions about this item

How do I hang the 5612 clipboard on a wall?

Use the built-in hanging hole at the top of the hardboard panel. The step people often miss is checking that the screw head fits the hole diameter before mounting.

What part of the 5612 clipboard will need replacement first?

The standard spring-action clip mechanism will fatigue over time. When the grip weakens, the entire unit is typically replaced since the clip is not user-serviceable.

What limits how many sheets the 5612 clipboard can hold during extended use?

The spring tension on the standard clip determines the maximum secure stack. Exceeding that capacity causes pages to slip under sustained pressure.
