53" x 18' Mocha #76 Background Paper

The Savage Widetone seamless paper roll measures 53 inches wide by 18 feet long and provides a non-reflective mocha surface. It is designed for portrait, commercial and product photography as well as videography. The fine-tooth texture gives a smooth, even backdrop for capturing fine detail. Acid-free, lignin-free and pH-neutral construction protects artwork and prints over time.

Installation notes for seamless paper

Mount the roll on a standard background support system and unroll the required length onto the floor. Trim the used edge when it becomes soiled or creased to reveal a fresh section. The paper tears cleanly but can crease if handled roughly or pulled at an angle. Store the roll horizontally to avoid flat spots and keep it in a dry environment to prevent moisture damage.

Check your setup before ordering

Verify that your backdrop stands and crossbar accept a 53-inch wide core and can support the weight of an 18-foot roll. Confirm you have enough floor space to unroll the full length plus extra for a floor sweep. Ensure the mocha #76 tone matches the colour palette required for your project, as no other colours are included.

Questions about this item

How can I tell the Mocha #76 paper is laying flat and non-reflecting after I unroll it?

The fine-tooth texture creates an even, non-reflecting mocha surface; if the backdrop appears smooth with no glare under your lights, it is performing as intended.

What comes in the box and what must I supply myself?

You receive one roll of Savage Widetone seamless background paper measuring 53 inches wide by 18 feet long; a backdrop stand, core supports and clamps are not included and must be purchased separately.

Which size should I choose — the 53-inch by 18-foot roll or a different length?

The 53-inch by 18-foot roll (item 5318) suits smaller studios and tabletop work; if you need continuous full-length drops for standing portraits, select a longer roll from the same #76 Mocha series.
