Seamless background paper for studio work

This 86-inch wide by 36-foot long roll provides a continuous, non-reflecting surface for professional photography and videography. The vibrant orange #24 shade adds a dynamic element to portraits, product shots, and creative projects. Its fine-tooth texture minimises glare and reduces post-production editing time. Suitable for photographers and creatives who need a reliable, large-format backdrop.

145 gsm weight with 7.6 mil thickness

The paper’s 145 gsm basis weight and 7.6 mil thickness deliver superior durability for frequent studio use. This construction resists tears and punctures when unrolled, repositioned, or walked on during sessions. The substantial heft ensures the backdrop hangs flat without curling at the edges. Builders who need a thinner, lightweight paper for quick location changes will find this roll too heavy.

Consistent colour fidelity under hot lights

The high-quality paper maintains vibrant colour accuracy during extended shoots under continuous lighting. Its non-reflecting surface prevents hotspots and colour shifts that can appear during long video takes or multi-hour sessions. The seamless design eliminates distracting lines across the frame. Users who rely on flash-only bursts will not see any advantage over lighter-weight alternatives.

Questions about this item

How does the 145 gsm weight hold up when the roll is hung and pulled for full-body shots?

The 145 gsm basis weight and 7.6 mil thickness resist tearing and punctures during repeated unrolling and tension, keeping the surface intact for full-length portraits.

What does the fine-tooth, non-reflecting surface mean for lighting setups?

The fine-tooth texture diffuses light evenly without hotspots, so the orange #24 hue records cleanly under strobes or continuous lights.

Will an 86-inch roll fit on a standard 2-7/8 inch core background stand?

The roll is wound on a standard 2-7/8 inch core, so it mounts on any compatible background support system without adapters.
