Three-Pack Safety Scissors for Children

This set contains three 5.2 inch kids scissors with stainless steel blades and a titanium coating. Blunt rounded tips reduce the risk of accidental pokes for children aged three and over. Assorted pink, blue and grey glitter handles add visual appeal for classroom or home craft projects. The pack suits families or teachers needing multiple pairs at once.

Ready to Use with Simple Maintenance

Scissors arrive pre-lubricated at the factory so no assembly is required before the first cut. If the pivot feels stiff, a single drop of light oil on the centre screw restores smooth action. Soap or water can strip the lubricant during cleaning, so re-oiling after washing prevents the blades from binding. The comfort grip handles need no adjustment for left or right-handed use.

Limited to Light Materials and Small Hands

The 5.2 inch length and blunt tips restrict these scissors to paper, ribbon, vinyl, cardstock and similar thin media. They cannot cut fabric, thick cardboard or dense plastics without excessive force that may damage the pivot. The ergonomic grip is sized for children up to about twelve years old, so teenagers and adults will find the handles too small for extended use.

Questions about this item

How can I tell the 5.2" scissors are cutting properly after I open the pack?

The blades should slice paper, ribbon, vinyl or cardstock cleanly without tearing; if they feel stiff, add one drop of light oil to the pivot screw and wipe away excess.

What comes in the 3-pack and what must I supply myself?

You receive three pairs of 5.2" kids scissors with titanium-coated stainless steel blades, ABS handles and semi-soft rubber grips in pink, blue and grey glitter; no oil or additional tools are included.

Which version suits a 4-year-old versus a 10-year-old?

All three pairs share the same 5.2" blunt-tip design rated for ages 3 to 12; choose the colour each child prefers — pink, blue or grey glitter — since blade size and safety features are identical.
