The 7-Piece Takashi Knife Block Set

This Global set contains five knives, a ceramic sharpening rod and a wooden block. It is made in Japan for cooks who want a complete, ready-to-use collection on the countertop. Each blade is forged from Cromova 18 stainless steel for a long-lasting edge. The balanced design suits everyday preparation tasks.

Cromova 18 stainless steel construction

The blades use Cromova 18, a high-chromium stainless steel hardened to 18 percent chromium for corrosion resistance and edge retention. This single material choice determines sharpness life and ease of maintenance. No other alloy or coating is applied. Buyers who need a different steel specification should look elsewhere.

Lightweight balance for controlled cutting

Each knife weighs approximately 6.00 units and the block measures 6.00 by 12.00 units, keeping the set stable yet easy to move. The hollow handles shift the balance point toward the blade for precise control. Normal hand-washing and occasional rod honing keep performance consistent without extra effort.
