Compact Yellow Bluetooth Speaker

The Sceptre McCaron MCCARON-Y is a portable wireless speaker finished in yellow. It measures 2.48” x 2.48” x 1.42” and weighs 3.04 oz. Bluetooth pairing connects a smart device in seconds for playback up to 33 feet away. A micro USB cable charges the built-in battery from any USB power source.

Casual Listeners Seeking Ultra-Portable Audio

This speaker suits anyone wanting music on the move without bulky gear. The included silicon lanyard secures it to a bag or wrist while jogging or dancing. Buyers who want deeper bass response below 150Hz or stereo separation from a single unit should look at larger alternatives. It is not designed for high-volume outdoor gatherings or critical near-field monitoring.

Simple Setup With Few Pitfalls

Pairing begins automatically when the speaker powers on, so most users hear audio within moments. The micro USB port accepts standard cables, though charging speed varies with the power adapter used. The most common issue is accidental unpairing when the connected device moves beyond the 33-foot range. Keeping the speaker charged prevents sudden shutdowns during use.

Questions about this item

What device do I need to pair with the Sceptre MCCARON-Y speaker to play audio?

Any Bluetooth-enabled smart device such as a phone, tablet or laptop can pair with the speaker in seconds and stream music wirelessly up to 33 feet away.

Can I still use the speaker if my older phone lacks Bluetooth?

The MCCARON-Y connects only via Bluetooth, so a source device must support Bluetooth to stream audio; there is no auxiliary input or wired audio option on this model.

How can I confirm the speaker is charging and ready to play after I plug it in?

Connect the included micro-USB cable to any USB charger; once the internal battery is charged the speaker will power on and pair with your device, confirming it is working.
