Soft-starts single-phase motors up to 2 hp at 200-240 V AC with a 9 A output rating
The Schneider Electric ATS01N209LU provides controlled start-up for three-phase motors rated at 2 hp and 9 A. It accepts a mains supply between 200 and 240 V AC and a separate control voltage from 110 to 240 V AC. The unit is IP00 rated and fits NEMA 1 enclosures.
This soft starter suits applications where a direct-on-line start creates excessive torque or current surge. It is not intended for systems requiring integrated bypass contactors, advanced motor protection curves or communication interfaces. Buyers needing higher current ratings or different voltage classes should select another model.
The 9 A rating at 200 to 240 V AC three-phase determines whether the starter matches the motor nameplate. Verify the motor full-load current does not exceed this value before specifying the device.

The unit has no user-serviceable parts; periodic visual inspection of the IP00 terminals and tightening of connections is the only recommended upkeep.
The 9 A output current rating is the primary limit; sustained operation above this value will trigger the internal protection.
With no internal fan and an IP00 enclosure, the device runs silently and dissipates heat through its baseplate; external ventilation is required for continuous duty.
