Classroom Newsprint Pad 500 Sheets

This lightweight newsprint paper comes in a 500-sheet pack sized at 8.5 by 11 inches. It is intended for sketching, drawing and everyday writing tasks in classrooms, art studios or recreation centres. The 30 lb weight keeps each sheet thin and easy to handle for younger students.

Thin Paper Limits Wet Media

At 30 lb the sheets are translucent and not suited to heavy ink, marker or watercolour work because bleed-through and buckling occur quickly. The loose-sheet format offers no margin lines, so users who need guided ruling must add their own. The paper is not archival and will yellow over time.

Easy Stack Handling No Binding

Sheets arrive loose in a single container, so no perforation or binding needs to be removed before use. The main issue is static cling between sheets, which can cause multiple pages to feed together in copiers or printers. Store the stack flat to prevent edge curling in humid conditions.
