Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty Scrub Sponge 24 Pack

Heavy Duty Scrub Sponges 24 Pack

This pack contains twenty four heavy duty scrub sponges built for demanding cleaning tasks. They suit home cooks and maintenance crews who regularly tackle baked on residue on grates, oven racks and outdoor grills. The S shaped profile gives a secure grip while reaching into corners. Buyers who need gentle tools for non stick coatings or delicate glassware should choose a different line.

Practical Limits of Abrasive Cleaning

The scrubbing fibers are made from one hundred percent recycled plastic and deliver three times the scrubbing power of the leading value brand. They are rated for uncoated pots, pans, grates, oven racks and outdoor grills. The material is not recommended for non stick cookware, stemware, china or crystal because the abrasive surface can cause permanent scratches. Each sponge can be sanitised in a dishwasher up to twenty times before replacement.

Installation and Common Issues

No installation is required; the sponges are ready to use straight from the pack. The most frequent problem is using them on surfaces that are not abrasion resistant, which leaves visible scratches. Another issue is retaining food particles in the dense fibers if they are not rinsed thoroughly after each use. Allowing the sponge to dry completely between uses helps prevent odour buildup.
