Single-Pack Cat-Shaped Sponge

The Scotch-Brite Purrfectly Clean sponge is a single non-scratch applicator shaped like a cat. It targets household shoppers who want a reusable tool for daily dishwashing and surface cleaning without damaging delicate finishes.

Non-Scratch Scrubbing Surface

The decisive specification is the non-scratch scrubbing side made from 100% recycled fibres. It removes grease and grime safely on non-stick cookware, glass and countertops, but the manufacturer advises against use on stainless steel appliances.

Reusable Up To Twenty Sanitising Cycles

Each sponge can be refreshed in the dishwasher up to 20 times, giving weeks of service before replacement. The cat shape allows the sponge to stand upright for drainage, while the single-pack format limits buyers who need multiple sponges for concurrent tasks.

Questions about this item

How many times can the sponge be sanitised in the dishwasher before it wears out?

The scrubbing fibres are designed to survive up to 20 dishwasher sanitising cycles, after which performance may decline.

What does the 100% recycled content claim apply to?

Only the scrubbing fibres are made from 100% recycled material; the sponge base uses conventional foam.

Will the 1.2-inch thick cat-shaped sponge fit in a standard sink caddy?

At 1.2 inches thick, 5 inches wide and 7 inches tall it fits most caddies, and the flat base lets it stand upright to dry.
