Scotsman Inlet Water Valve 12-2666-01

This Scotsman inlet water valve is a replacement part designed for the CME1056 ice machine model. It controls water flow into the unit during the ice production cycle. The component is supplied new and intended for commercial breakroom equipment maintenance.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

This valve suits technicians servicing Scotsman CME1056 ice machines requiring a direct replacement inlet component. It is not for operators of other ice machine brands or models lacking the CME1056 designation. Buyers needing internal seals, solenoids, or complete water inlet assemblies beyond this single valve should source those separately.

Capacity and headroom

The valve manages the water supply for a single CME1056 unit during standard ice-making operations. It handles the flow requirements specified by the manufacturer for this model. The part does not regulate water pressure from the building supply or filter incoming water; separate pretreatment may be needed where supply conditions exceed the machine's tolerances.
