Quick-Connect Filter for Ice Machines
The Scotsman AquaPatrol cartridge fits Everpure Scotsman filter heads and is designed for commercial ice makers. It reduces objectionable odours and scale at a 5 micron rating. The filter handles a 2 gpm flow rate and a 15,000 gallon service life.
5 Micron Rating and 15,000 Gallon Capacity
The micron rating determines the particle size the filter captures, while the gallon rating sets the replacement interval. A 5 micron rating targets fine sediment and scale particles. The 15,000 gallon capacity suits high-volume ice production before a change is required.
Compatible with C0830 C1030 EH222 Heads
This cartridge connects to the listed Scotsman filter heads using a quick-connect design. It operates up to 125 psi and 100 degrees F. It is not suited for systems needing a different head connection or a higher temperature rating.

Questions about this item
What does the 5 micron rating actually catch in everyday ice-machine use?
The 5 micron filter traps sediment, scale particles and the rust that clouds ice cubes, leaving clearer cubes and less grit in the bin.
How does the quick-connect head limit flow or pressure in practice?
The quick-connect head handles up to 125 psi and passes 2 gpm, so it fits standard Scotsman lines without choking the ice maker.
Will the 3 1/4 in diameter cartridge fit the existing bracket on a C0830 unit?
Yes — the cartridge matches the AquaPatrol series used on C0830, C1030 and EH222 models, so it drops into the same bracket.
