High-capacity hardwound rolls for commercial

Scott Essential 01040 hard roll towels deliver 800 feet of absorbent white paper per roll across 12 rolls per carton, totalling 9,600 feet. The 1.5-inch core fits most universal roll towel dispensers and select Kimberly-Clark Professional models, reducing maintenance time and run-outs compared with folded towel systems.

Recycled content and dispenser compatibility cut

Each roll contains at least 40 percent post-consumer material, supporting eco-friendly purchasing goals. The 7.8 by 12.4 inch sheet size works with a wide range of universal dispensers, so facilities can standardise on existing hardware while the long roll length means fewer refill visits and fewer complaints from users.

Simple drop-in loading

Rolls load into compatible dispensers by sliding onto the spindle; no tools or specialised training are required. Problems usually arise only when the dispenser core size or width does not match the 1.5-inch core and 7.8-inch width, so verifying dispenser specifications before ordering prevents fitment errors.

Questions about this item

How often will the 800-foot rolls need replacing in a busy restroom?

Each roll delivers 800 feet of towelling, and a full case contains 12 rolls totalling 9,600 feet, so replacement frequency drops sharply versus folded-towel systems.

What limits continuous dispensing during peak traffic?

The 1.5-inch core fits most universal and Kimberly-Clark Professional dispensers, so the dispenser's roll capacity — not the towel itself — sets the practical limit.

Do the towels generate dust or waste heat when used all day?

The product is a passive paper towel with at least 40% post-consumer content; it produces no heat, noise or power draw during use.
