Questions about this item

Should I pick the Scott 46253 dispenser for the 1.75 inch core towels or a different size?

The Scott 46253 is designed specifically for 02001 ScottEssential Hard Roll Paper Towels with a 1.75 inch core, so choose this model if you use those towels.

What does the 12.63 by 16.13 by 10.2 inch footprint mean for wall mounting?

Those dimensions are the installed size of the dispenser, so allow at least that much clear wall space plus room for roll changes and the emergency feed knob.

Does the manual keyless or key-activated spring lock affect how the 1.75 inch core towels feed?

No, the lock type only secures the cover; towel feeding is touchless and battery-free regardless of whether you use keyless entry or the key-activated spring lock.
