Carryout Box with Tuck-Top Lock

SCT ChampPak carryout boxes arrive new and ready for food-service use. Each kraft paper container measures 4.37 by 3.5 by 2.5 inches and features a single compartment with an integrated hinged lid. The polycoated interior helps reduce leakage risk for saucy or moist dishes.

Tuck-Top Locking Closure

The lid uses a tuck-top-locking mechanism that secures the box during transport without extra tape or bands. This closure keeps contents contained while allowing quick one-handed opening for the customer. The design is vent-free, so steam and aromas stay inside until the box is opened.

Nestable for Prep and Storage

Boxes nest tightly together, letting staff pre-load dozens of units in a small footprint before service rushes. The flat kraft surfaces accept stamps or labels cleanly for branding or dietary notes. Polycoating resists grease penetration through the paper walls during extended hold times. Not suited for operators who need compartmentalised trays or microwave-reheatable containers.

Questions about this item

How many meals does a single case of 450 boxes cover in a typical takeaway service?

Each case holds 450 individual containers, so the total meals covered equals the number of orders you pack — one box per portion.

Will the 4.38-inch by 3.5-inch footprint fit on my standard prep-shelf rails?

The box measures 4.38 inches wide by 3.5 inches deep, matching common rail spacing for quick loading.

What clearance does the 2.5-inch height need above the counter for the lid to close fully?

Allow at least 2.5 inches of vertical space so the integrated tuck-top lid can lock without obstruction.
