Business Envelopes for Lightweight Shipping

These padded mailers suit small businesses and home offices sending flat items such as documents, photos or small accessories. The self-seal closure removes the need for tape or moisture, speeding up packing time. A seamless bottom adds extra cushioning along the full length of the envelope. The lightweight construction helps keep postage costs down.

Self-Seal Closure and Recycled Kraft Exterior

The peel-and-seal strip creates a tamper-evident bond without additional supplies. Fully laminated bubble lining gives stiffness and puncture resistance while the seamless bottom distributes impact across the base. The outer Kraft layer contains a high percentage of recycled material and accepts custom printing for branding. All 25 mailers in the carton share these features.

#4 Size Mailer in 25-Carton Pack

Questions about this item

How often will the self-seal adhesive on the 10189 mailers need replacement?

The self-seal closure is single-use; each mailer is sealed once and then discarded, so no adhesive replacement is needed during the product's life.

What is the first limit reached when packing heavy items into these #4 Kraft envelopes?

The puncture-resistant bubble cushioning and seamless bottom set the practical weight limit before the mailer risks tearing or bursting.

Do the mailers generate any noise, heat or power draw when stored or used continuously?

No — these are passive paper-and-bubble mailers with no electrical components, so they produce no noise, heat or power consumption.
