#6 Kraft Self-Seal Mailer

This Sealed Air 10191 mailer measures 12 1/2 by 19 inches and ships in a carton of 25 units. The golden-brown Kraft exterior is made with a high percentage of recycled material and suits custom printing. A self-seal closure removes the need for tape or moisture, speeding up packing workflows for offices and e-commerce shippers. It is not suited for buyers who need rigid boxes or non-cushioned flat mailers.

Installation and common issues

Peel the release liner and press the adhesive strip firmly to create a tamper-evident seal. The fully laminated bubble cushioning is bonded to the outer layer, so it will not shift or bunch during handling. The only frequent issue occurs if the liner is removed too quickly, which can stretch the adhesive and weaken the bond. The seamless bottom eliminates side-seam splits but cannot be resealed once closed.

Key specification

The #6 size designation determines whether this mailer fits your product dimensions and postal rate tier. Verify that 12 1/2 by 19 inches accommodates your contents with enough clearance for the bubble padding. If your items exceed this envelope footprint, you will need a larger mailer size.
