Product identity

The Sealed Air 37713 Jiffy TuffGard is a self-seal cushioned envelope designed for businesses and individuals who need reliable protective mailing. Each carton contains 25 white mailers sized at 8 1/2 by 12 inches for everyday shipping tasks.

Deciding specification

The 3/16 inch high Barrier Bubble layer provides the cushioning that determines whether fragile contents survive transit. This specific bubble height is the single figure that decides if the mailer matches your protection requirement.

Installation and common issues

Sealing requires peeling the liner and pressing the adhesive strip, a process that takes seconds and needs no tape or heat equipment. The most frequent problem occurs when the liner is removed but the flap is not pressed firmly across its full length, leaving a weak seal that can open during handling.
