Sealed Air SEL55445 Jiffylite Self-Seal Mailer 6 x 10 Golden Brown 200/Carton mailing supply

Jiffylite Self-Seal Mailer 6 x 10

The Sealed Air SEL55445 is a lightweight bubble mailer designed for shipping small items. It comes in a carton of 200 golden brown envelopes suitable for postal or courier use. The barrier bubble lining provides cushioning for contents during transit. Businesses and individuals mailing documents or lightweight goods will find this format practical.

Installation and common issues

The self-adhesive closure seals quickly without tape or staples. Press the flap firmly along the full length to activate the adhesive bond. A dusty or cold surface can weaken the seal, so ensure the flap is clean before closing. Overstuffing the mailer may prevent the adhesive from making full contact across the seam.

Limits of the self-seal format

The adhesive strip creates a water-resistant closure but is not designed for prolonged immersion or heavy weather exposure. The bubble lining protects against minor impacts but will not prevent damage from crushing forces. The fixed 6 x 10 dimensions restrict use to items that fit within that envelope size. The mailer is single-use and cannot be resealed once opened.
