One-person infrared sauna

The SereneLife SLISAU35BK is a portable personal steam sauna designed for a single user seeking heat therapy at home. It folds for quick setup and storage, making it practical for apartments or rooms where a permanent cabin is not possible.

Maximum temperature 122 °F

The unit reaches 122 degrees Fahrenheit and runs on a 1600 watt heater, which is the key figure to match against your electrical circuit and desired heat intensity. A 60 minute timer lets you limit each session without monitoring the clock.

Folds flat with zippered hand access

The fabric dome unfolds in seconds and includes a folding chair that assembles without tools. Zippered sleeves allow you to keep hands outside for reading or device use while the session runs. The lightweight frame means one person can move or store it between rooms.
