Retractable ultra-fine marker pair

This two-pack supplies black permanent markers with retractable ultra-fine tips. The click mechanism advances and retracts the tip with one hand, removing the need for a cap. Ink is AP-certified non-toxic and dries quickly on most surfaces.

Best for detailed labelling, not broad coverage

Suits anyone marking files, CDs, plastic parts or other small surfaces where a fine line is required. The retractable design helps prevent dry-out between uses. Buyers who need broad strokes, chisel tips or high-volume ink flow for large signs should look at a different marker style.

Ultra-fine tip width

The defining specification is the ultra-fine point, which produces a narrow line for precise writing and detail work. If the application demands a wider line or a chisel edge, this tip size will not meet the requirement.

Questions about this item

Will the Sharpie 1735801 ultra-fine tip write cleanly on older glossy binders and laminated index tabs I still use?

The ultra-fine point lays down a thin, permanent line on most surfaces, so it marks glossy binders and laminated tabs without feathering or needing heavy pressure.

How can I confirm the retractable mechanism is working right after I start using the Sharpie 1735801?

Click the button once to advance the tip and once to retract it; the tip should lock in both positions and the ink should flow immediately with no skipping.

What comes in the Sharpie 1735801 pack and is anything else needed to start writing?

The pack contains two black retractable ultra-fine markers with the Safety Seal valve already primed; no caps, refills or accessories are required.
