Questions about this item

Will the 7265 M.2 adapter fit the existing slot and antenna cables in a ThinkPad T450?

The card is built to the 7265NGW form factor and matches the 30 x 22 mm footprint used in the T450, so the original slot and antenna connectors line up directly.

How can I verify the Wireless-AC 7265 card is operating correctly after installation?

Open Device Manager, confirm the adapter appears as Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 with no error codes, then connect to a 5 GHz network and run a speed test to check throughput.

Does the package include the antenna cables or only the card and mounting hardware?

The box contains one Wireless-AC 7265 net card, one small screwdriver and two screws; antenna cables are not supplied and must be reused from the laptop or sourced separately.
