Light-duty furniture casters

These white wheel swivel plate casters come in a two-pack and suit light and medium-weight furniture such as cribs, playpens, coffee tables and bedside tables. They roll on both carpeted and hard floors and swivel on acetal resin bearings for smooth movement. The pair is finished in white.

40 lb load capacity per caster

Each caster supports up to 40 lb, making the set appropriate for lightweight home furnishings rather than heavy equipment. The light-duty construction keeps rolling resistance low on typical indoor surfaces. No power draw or noise specifications apply to this passive hardware.

Pair packaging simplifies installation

Supplied as a matched pair, the casters allow immediate fitting to four-legged items without sourcing single units separately. The swivel plate design mounts directly to flat furniture bases. No additional accessories or software are included.

Questions about this item

How do I mount the swivel plate casters and what step is often missed?

Fasten the plate to the furniture with four screws through the pre-drilled holes; the step often missed is checking that all four screws are tight so the caster cannot shift under load.

What part will need replacement first on these light-duty casters?

The white wheels or the acetal resin swivel bearings will wear first; replace the pair when rolling becomes stiff or the wheel tread shows flat spots.

At what load does the 40 lb capacity limit appear during sustained use?

The 40 lb per caster rating is the limit; exceeding it on furniture, cribs or tables causes premature wheel deformation and bearing bind.
