Shimeyao RI‑Shimeyao‑1566 Metal Easel

This black metal display easel is a tabletop stand designed to hold books, plates, photo frames, artwork and record albums. Its compact footprint suits desks, shelves or countertops in any room. The sturdy metal construction keeps items upright and secure while adding a sleek, modern accent to home decor.

Dimensions and Load Limits

The stand measures 14.33in W x 12.83in H x 9.06in D and weighs .75 pounds, so it fits easily on narrow surfaces without tipping. The display ledge is sized at 7.87 x 3.15 inches with a 12.8cm depth, which restricts the maximum width and depth of objects that can be balanced securely. Heavier or oversized pieces may exceed the stable footprint.

Capacity and Headroom

It comfortably accommodates standard paperback books, single photo frames, small canvases and vinyl record sleeves. Larger hardcover volumes, double‑matted frames or boxed collector’s plates can overhang the ledge and become unstable. The stand is not suited for tall, heavy artworks or multi‑item arrangements that demand a wider or deeper support base.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 7.87 x 5 x 3.15 inch version or the 14.33 x 12.83 x 9.06 inch version?

Both measurements describe the same single unit; the smaller figures are the metric conversion of the larger ones, so there is only one size to select.

What does the 0.75 pound weight mean when the stand is holding a heavy book?

At 0.75 pounds the easel is light enough to move easily, yet the metal construction keeps it stable when supporting books, plates or frames.

Does the tabletop interface limit the thickness of items I can display?

The open ledge design accepts any item that fits within the 7.87 inch width and 3.15 inch depth, so thickness is only limited by balance, not a fixed slot.
