Questions about this item

Will the disc layers degrade or need replacement after repeated playback?

Factory-pressed DVD and Blu-ray discs do not wear out from normal playback; they only need replacement if physically scratched or damaged.

What is the first limit reached during an all-day movie marathon?

The only practical limit is total runtime — approximately four to five hours for the main feature plus any bonus material on the 25th Anniversary Edition.

How much heat or noise does the player produce when running the disc continuously?

The disc itself generates no heat or noise; any warmth or fan sound comes from the playback device, not this 2026 release.
